If something goes wrong with your website, Aether Industries offers a website support service to help find the cause of the problem, and get it fixed as soon as possible.
Whether it’s as simple as an image not displaying correctly, your contact form not sending emails, or something more drastic, we can either fix the problem outright or deal with other support teams as necessary. No need to waste your time chatting to support, or puzzling your way through technical jargon – we’ve got that covered!
We’re happy to help anyone who’s experiencing website issues, and our hourly rates are reduced for Aether Services clients. (Sign up to the Gold plan for the highest benefits, and priority support access!)
We charge you an initial investigation fee (which is deducted from our final costs if you go ahead with a fix), and once we’ve discovered the cause of the problem we’ll send you a quote for correcting it. If we can’t solve it ourselves and we have to hand the problem to a third-party support team, you’ll only pay us the investigation fee.
